Indian film bags award at Arpa film festival

DELHI: North American Indian movie 'Mahek' have bagged the best characteristic movie awarding at Arpa
International Movie Festival, 2007 Hollywood. The movie is a small girl's
journey to self-realization and reflects the alterations Republic Of India is going through from
gradual economical freedom toward a renewed intellectual identity. The children's characteristic movie in
Hindi have been produced by the Children's Movie Society of Republic Of India and directed by
K Kanade. The cast of characters of the film
include Shreya Sharma, Anuya Bhagwat, Madan Deodhar, Anuja Borkar, Dheeresh
Joshi, Madhavi Gadgil and Lalan Sarang, an functionary statement said.
